Your information will not be disclosed to any third parties. tempo22 processes sales through PayPal, the industry leader in online payment services. PayPal’s server secures personal information with up-to-date firewall and encryption techniques during the ordering process.

What shipping options do you offer?
Right now, we offer UPS 2-day for Domestic Shipping and Global Priority Mail for International Shipping. We found this to be the best balance of speed and cost effectiveness available.

Why haven’t I received my order yet?
If you have received a shipping confirmation email, then your order has been shipped.
Domestic Shipping – 2-3 business days
1st class mail takes 3-5 business days
International Shipping – 1-5 weeks
Please note that the timeframes listed above only apply to the time it will take for your order to arrive from the date it was shipped.

My order was charged a customs fee when it was delivered. Why?
The shipping cost combines the handling fee for your package by our shipping team, as well as the postage necessary to send your order. During checkout, it is clearly stated that all international orders may incur a customs fee by your local customs authorities. This fee is being charged by your government, not tempo22. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we have no control over the customs authorities in your country or any other.

What is your policy on returns?
Satisfaction of our customers is very important to tempo22. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item for an exchange or refund.
All returns must be in the original condition that you received them in. We do NOT accept returns that have been washed. If a washed item is returned, it will be refused. At that point, the customer will be responsible for the shipping and handling cost to have it sent back to them again.

The item I received was defective or incorrect. What do I do?
If you received the wrong item or if the item is defective, we will reimburse you for the cost of shipping the item back to us. Please send the item back regular mail and include your receipt with the return. Again, items that have been washed or that have been ordered more than 30 days past will not be accepted.

What is your privacy policy?
We respect your right to privacy. At tempo22, we collect only the information necessary for us to complete your order or to contact you regarding the status of your order. The information we collect includes your name, email address, shipping address, and billing address. tempo22 does not store your credit card information.

Can you customize my t-shirt’s saying?
This depends greatly on many differing factors – size of the order, number of sayings wanted, styles of t-shirts wanted, etc. Please email info@tempo22.com for more specific details.

Why don’t you offer more sizes?
We carry S – 2XL for Unisex T-Shirts, and S – XL in all other T-Shirts. We haven’t had much of a demand for sizes bigger than what we offer. If that changes in the future, we’ll definitely add additional sizes.

Will my shirt shrink?
Our shirts are made of 100% cotton that is comb, spun tighter and woven finer, causing the shirts to be noticeably smoother and softer, while minimizing shrinkage. Still, your shirt may shrink a little. If you’d like to be extra cautious, wash in cold water and hang dry.

How do I submit a testimonial?
Email a picture of yourself in your tempo22 shirt to info@tempo22.com. Please keep the testimonials down to 2 to 3 sentences.
